Fitness Training
A Lifelong Commitment to Health
I have a deep dedication to fitness training, understanding its crucial role in athletic performance and injury prevention. Below you will find videos of my recent workouts and more about my commitment to fitness.
Since the age of seven, fitness training has been an integral part of my daily routine, enhancing my performance in golf and tennis while reducing the risk of injuries.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with several talented strength and conditioning coaches, including with those who train college and professional athletes. My programs have included strength training, plyometrics, isometrics, speed, agility and quickness, aerobic and anaerobic training, as well as yoga. Currently, I am training with Coach Aaron Gos of Gos Training Systems Inc. I am also proud to be supported by Isophit.

As well, I have utilized swing speed training programs, including The Stack System, which has been instrumental in improving my golf performance. As one of the first youth beta testers, I have experienced the benefits of this training method with guidance from the inventors.

My daily fitness training is more than just a routine; it's a lifestyle and passion. I seek a college program that prioritizes fitness training as a key component of its athletic training regimen, and I am eager to bring my dedication, discipline, and knowledge to such a program.
